First-party packages now resolve Effect 4.1.2 and
@effect/tsgo0.64.1.The existing
@effect/tsgooverride remains because the shared oxlint preset still requires^0.50.0. SYS-990 tracks the preset range fix; remove the override when that fix lands. The Effect and platform overrides have been removed.Validation in
nix develop: uncached lint and typecheck passed; lint enabled 348 rules in each package, up from 343 at baseline. The package build passed. The repository has no separate format command; lint is its existing formatting enforcement.Fixes SYS-1057.
