Do we want to standardize the licenses we are using across extensions? pg_net uses apache for example. |

I am not 100% sure about this as we use mix of license in the extensions we created. For ex: similar extension : https://github.com/supabase/index_advisor?tab=PostgreSQL-1-ov-file used PostgreSQL license. The splinter extension is somewhat similar to index_advisor so PostgreSQL License should be good for now IMO. May be change in near future if we decide to go with Apache. Also from the ticket: https://linear.app/supabase/issue/PSQLEXT-805/add-license-to-supabasesplinter I think we planned for MIT or postgreSQL License for this . WDYT? |

Adds a LICENSE file under the PostgreSQL License, the same license used by
index_advisor. Copyright line follows the wording used in supabase/postgres.
Closes PSQLEXT-805.
