Probably should have some sort of alphabetic jump-to on this page.

    started (25 branch) but it seems that kramdown is not used everywhere thus dt/dd must be done manually (groan) so debating on building up something that will allow us to gen these pages rather than do by hand, likely a minor tweak to yaml_gloss.

    Oh, dear. Please don't write a page generator. Or do, but not for this project. "Standard github pages" is as complicated as I want the process to get.
