Currently --offline errors out:

❯ stackablectl demo list --offline
thread 'main' panicked at 'not yet implemented', src/main.rs:16:9
note: run with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1` environment variable to display a backtrace

    Maybe there should also be a STACKABLE_OFFLINE variable.

    The tricky part is going to be the operator installs via helm chart.
