Clarify how to use the Eclipse update site #457
Description
I try to follow the documentation for the eclipse installation but all the referenced "download-areas" are not really working in eclipse as "update-site".
https://repo.spring.io/ui/native/javaformat-eclipse-update-site/
https://repo.spring.io/ui/native/javaformat-eclipse-update-site/0.0.47/
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/io/spring/javaformat/io.spring.javaformat.eclipse/
May the documentation need a fix or the build need a fix to really provide these eclipse update artifacts.

I think https://repo.spring.io/javaformat-eclipse-update-site/ should work. Unfortunately, if you open that link in a browser Artifactory does a redirect to a URL that won't work.
