Flaky rdf tests due to ordering issue #297
Description
The unit tests test_write_document_rdf_with_validate and test_write_document_rdf_with_or_later_with_validate compare OrderedDict types. During writing to rdf and then parsing again the ordering of relationships is not deterministic, resulting in random ordering and thus unit tests that sometimes work and sometimes don't.
