Implement HLS Streaming to Prevent Direct Video Download #147

Currently, our app serves videos via direct URLs, like this: /api/videoservice/video/:id?tenant=... users can expose this URL and download videos using DevTools (Network Tab) by filtering the media. To solve this issue we can switch to HLS Streaming.
