sliplane metrics <name-or-id> shows CPU and memory usage for whichever service or server matches the name or ID, so you no longer have to say which kind it is. A name that matches both a service and a server is refused with a pointer to sliplane service metrics and sliplane server metrics. A name that matches neither reports no service or server named .... It takes the same flags as the existing metrics commands.

service metrics and server metrics behave as before. They now share the lookup code with the new command.
