[BUG] Landing page top bar buttons do not work after you scroll #232

Describe the bug
The buttons on the top bar that are used for navigation (docs, X, discord, etc) only work if you are scrolled to the top of the landing page; if you scroll down a bit, the buttons don't hover or click

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. scroll down
2. click on any of the buttons on the top right
3. See error (none functional buttons)

Expected behavior
The buttons should show a hover Cursor and be clickable.
