using plugin in phonegap build callback function doesn't work #3

Hello, thanks for the great plug-in (And now it works in pg build!) but... for some reason the callback function is not called after the notification... and no notification is shown when i'm inside the app (I kinda think it the same issue, no?)

any ideas what's wrong?
thanks
