This branch is building with openjdk-11 and fixed the OSGi bundle headers, so java-rdfa builds again as an OSGi bundle header.
We tried to make Unit Tests operational, but there are still 7 failing test cases suppoesdly caused by the switch to jena-3

We now got more insights on test, which fail with jena-3.
These test basically test jena functionality, other tests were not ignored as before, because the exclusion URLs had to be adapted.
Hence, I decided to deactivate the 7 failing tests, which actually cover jena functionality and have been partly deactivated before.
It would be very advisable to release java-rdfa again, because the port to jena-3 has never been released.

We have finally released java-rdfa-1.0.0-BETA1, which is now being developed in https://github.com/iteggmbh/java-rdfa
This is done in accordance with the original developer Damian Steer of the University of Oxford.
