Read roles from the API and accept any role slug #47

What to build

The CLI lists roles from the API instead of its fixed list of five, and accepts any role slug, so Data Viewer, Viewer, Editor and custom roles work without a CLI release.

Acceptance criteria

• org roles list prints the roles returned by the roles endpoint.
• Inviting and changing a member's role accept any slug the API returns.
• Listing members who hold a role the CLI has never seen does not fail.
• The fixed role catalogue in the CLI is removed.
