Ask for a new database on a form the platform can satisfy #30
A command opens a form for a new managed database: engine, name, version, region, instance type, storage size and type, network access, high availability and backups. Every choice that has a finite set of answers comes from the platform or from a view that already reads it, so the form cannot offer something that does not exist.
Filling the form is safe: this ticket never sends the create. The review page shows the exact request that would be sent, and the estimated monthly cost, so the shape of the request can be judged before anything can spend money.
Acceptance criteria
A command opens the form from the database views.
Region, instance type, version and storage choices are read from the platform, never from a list compiled into the binary.
A field with a bad value is refused with one plain sentence naming the field, and the form will not advance past it.
The review page shows the exact request body, field by field, plus the estimated monthly cost.
Nothing in this flow sends a request that creates anything.
Demo mode fills the form from the sample account and is equally unable to send.
