Error when plotting one element of one coordinate system after transformation refactoring #174

@timtreis in the current main we now get an error when plotting e.g. an image from one coordinate system when there are also other images in other coordinate systems (see example below).

The problem is that we don't remove irrelevant coordinate systems anymore after the transformation refactoring (that leads to a key error downstream). We should somehow add that before the call of _prepare_params_plot in basic because also, else the irrelevant coordinate systems are still shown as empty plot.

btw, the problem won't be removed by multiscale image handling, so just as a reminder for later
