Feed discovery tips

I made a way to convert (only visually, not actually convert) a feed's XML into HTML. This lets users who don't know about RSS see a simple HTML page with links about RSS and newsreaders instead of a wall of raw XML. It is easy to do (add a single line to the feed source code) and doesn't interfere with news readers.
