Review (upstream loop, author's own PR): a test-only change. The poll returns as soon as the line appears, so a longer cap costs nothing on a fast machine. CI 18/20/22/24 green. |

Test-only. #94's new session-marker assertion polled the worker's pane for 3s. On a loaded Mac (load average about 20) the shell had echoed only the
export DEVTEAM_…line by then, so Node 18 failed while the launch was correct: Node 20 and 24 passed on the same run, and CI is green. The wait is now up to 15s, and it returns as soon as the line appears.Migration
