Every lesson waiting on the owner reaches the Inbox - #122

The dashboard's data carried only the 60 most recent lessons, so candidates older than that never reached the Inbox, while the hub's badge (hello) counted every candidate in the log. Mothership: 67 candidates waiting, 22 shown, so the badge said 157 and the Inbox 112. Candidates are now always all there; only the other lessons are the recent 60. Merging (upstream loop). Local Node 24.14.1 main suite passed 49/49, including the 65-candidate test. CI 18/20/22/24 is green at this head. |

Lessons waiting on the owner were missing from the Inbox, and the hub badge disagreed with it. Mothership's log has 120 lessons, 67 of them candidates, but only 22 candidates fell inside the recent 60. So 45 lessons waiting on the owner never appeared, while the badge (which counts the log) said 157 against the Inbox's 112.
