Might want to rename this or else rename the others—as of now in the checks UI this one is the odd one out.

Is this the right / efficient way to do this, as opposed to declaring the docker-based service as part of the GHA workflow? Asking because there may be benefits in caching/speed/etc calling Docker there vs in a script. I haven't researched it though.

Good questions. I'm going to leave this one in draft form to mull it over a bit. It's kinda cool but probably not needed.
