react-scripts should havetailwindcss as an optional dependency to prevent issues with tailwind, such as this recent issue to break CRA builds.

Hey,
I may be a little new here
I feel that tailwindcss should be added as an optional dependency to react-scripts. I see that the issue has been marked "needs triage". Does that mean that the community will discuss this first?

Just spent days removing Tailwind from a project (to satisfy a client who doesn't want it as our dependency)... only to discover that
tailwindcssis a dependency ofreact-scriptsso it's installed bynpmanyway...like...
Why? 🤦
