This fixes the issue #14 about
repush.shfailing on macOS with a Bash syntax error. With this fix it should work on all systems (tested to work on macOS, and per my understanding of the standards, it should not cause a problem anywhere).I learned of this from https://stackoverflow.com/a/2954835 (see “To pipe the heredoc through a command pipeline”) and from https://stackoverflow.com/a/7046926 which points to https://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/utilities/V3_chap02.html#tag_18_07_04
