Tune exercise 1 crashes on invoking tune.run #132

Open

Description

@nesou2

This is the error given:
https://gist.github.com/nesou2/0b901f43e5e4b46d45451dd059f55544

I get a similar error when trying to run exercise 2. I have managed to get tune working in other files, but not jupyter notebooks.

    Ah yes, can you try pip uninstall typing just to see if that works?

    I still get an error:
    https://gist.github.com/nesou2/4e7fa950f48c127d2ba17c34f099b24e

    And for tutorial 2 I get an error, seemingly different, when tune.run is called:
    https://gist.github.com/nesou2/6ce985283c3e460c64b000951edbd066

    However it seems as if the rllib tutorials work as intended now.

    Should be fixed with #135
