Add an overlay for Shikra IQS EVK boards reworked to bypass the QPS615/TC9563 PCIe switch and connect PCIe0 directly to an M.2 Key-E WLAN endpoint.

Disable the onboard WCN3988, provide the M.2 3.3 V supply through TCA9534 P6, keep W_DISABLE1# deasserted and assign PERST# to the root port. Reduce the IOMMU map to the root port and direct endpoint stream IDs used by the bypass topology.

The base board description retains a disabled TC9563 node at 01:00.0. PCI core still associates that unavailable OF node with the physical QCC2072 endpoint at the same BDF and consequently prevents driver binding. An overlay cannot delete the base node, so move its reg to the unused 01:1f.7 BDF while keeping it disabled.

This overlay is intended only for the Shikra IQS Cologne bypass615 rework configuration. Board firmware must not select it for the standard Apache configuration because it disables the onboard WLAN description.

Tested on a Shikra IQS Cologne bypass615 rework board. PCIe trained at Gen2 x1, QCC2072 17cb:1112 enumerated at 01:00.0 and ath12k_wifi7_pci successfully bound and started MHI/QMI firmware boot.
