Reverts #14153
We usually add the
no_longer_updated = truefield toMETADATA.toml, then wait for a new version of the stubs to be uploaded to PyPI, then remove the stubs, as per our policy at https://github.com/python/typeshed/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md?rgh-link-date=2025-05-26T18%3A18%3A01Z#third-party-library-removal-policy.I think we should be okay to just revert this PR, as the stub-uploader hasn't run since #14153 was merged, and won't run again until 2am GMT.
