arguments attribute of inspect.BoundArguments should be annotated as dict instead of OrderedDict

The arguments attribute of inspect.BoundArguments is of type dict in the stdlib, but typeshed has it annotated as OrderedDict[str, Any]:

Proposed fix:

Change OrderedDict[str, Any] to dict[str, Any] in lines 471 and 478 of inspect.pyi.
Remove OrderedDict import from inspect.pyi,

If this is acceptable, I can create a PR implementing these changes.

Yes, PR welcome!

I suspect it may have been an OrderedDict in the past before dicts were ordered by default, and we just never noticed in the stub.

Yes, that seems to be the case, based on the documentation:

Changed in version 3.9: arguments is now of type dict. Formerly, it was of type collections.OrderedDict.

I'll submit a PR sometime next week!
