Fix #443.

The macos-14 runner is going away soon: https://github.blog/changelog/2026-10-01-github-actions-macos-14-runner-image-retirement/

We can either bump to macos-15 or macos-26.

A macos-26 bump fails. I didn't dig in, but we're not in a rush for 26, and macos-15 passes.

Thanks for the heads up - I thought I'd caught all the macos-14 runners, but I've clearly missed a few.

The macos-26 failure is python/cpython#150443; that was fixed in python/cpython#150444 (and backported to 3.13), and available in 3.15.0b2, but the release test is verifying a build of 3.15.0a8.

Bumping to macos-15 is a short term stop-gap, but building on macos-26 would be preferred as a macos-15 build means an older Xcode is being used for the build. Apple's App Store policies generally prefer (and sometimes require) that newer SDKs are used for newly uploaded apps.
