Feature or enhancement

Proposal:

MIME types to be present in Lib/mimetypes.py and Lib/tests/mimetypes.py:

  • ("application/vnd.microsoft.portable-executable", ".exe" or ".dll"),
  • ("application/vnd.ms-cab-compressed", ".cab"),
  • ("application/vnd.ms-htmlhelp", ".chm"),
  • ("application/vnd.ms-officetheme", ".thmx"),
  • ("image/vnd.microsoft.icon", ".ico"),
