Bug description:

Run ./python -m test -R 3:3 test_capi.test_opt -m test_combine_stack_space_checks_large_framesize

It leaks 2 references on my system.

    Even so, we should probably change the refleak machinery to handle executors on JIT builds. Seems like this could be a duplicate of GH-120501...
