When installed package metadata is unavailable, the SDK still reports 0.4.10. Update the fallback to 0.4.11 so it agrees with the package metadata, changelog, and release validation.
Validation: verified the three version references agree and the staged diff contains only the approved one-line change;
git diff --cached --checkpassed.
