Remove the User Survey Link from the Welcome Screen #1404
Description
The 2025 Processing Community Survey is now closed.
The next release of Processing should remove the survey link that was added in #1336

Alternatively, we could keep the link but change the copy and point https://survey.processing.org to a placeholder page for the survey report page. cc @ksen0

For now let's remove the link, as it would probably lower engagement overtime to keep it up pointing to a placeholder?

Side note: would that be a good candidate for a feature flag?

I just put up a PR for this!
I think this is a good candidate for a feature flag, but the question of feature flags at all is a larger question. I can be convinced, but I'm not sure it's worth the effort just yet.
It certainly would be nice not to have to cut a release to remove a link though!
