Add Unit Tests for PMatrix3D in processing:core #1027

Currently Processing does not have unit tests for PMatrix3D. This class is getting used throughout the rendering pipeline, so I think it is necessary to ensure it works correctly. I will be covering all the cases in my following PR on this.
