Bug description

I have 2 ticket fields blocks :

  • a general one in main ticket form , that appears for all tickets
  • a tab, one that appears for a specific entity

In a Form question, Fields of tab block are not proposed, only Fields of main block

The exception is when you use the Tree cascade dropdown of Advanced Forms plugin on a dropdown additional field : you can link the question to the field.
But when a ticket is created by the form, the field is not filled by the answer.
I guess this is related to the fact that form and tab fields can't work together.
