For example, check out the first plot on this list: https://plot.ly/javascript/

Single click on the plot, and now hover doesn't register and interactivity doesn't work. Also, if you set up a click callback, it doesn't work either.

    will be fixed in 1.18.1 (set to be released tomorrow)
