Installing a partup package containing an ext4 image with the orphan_file feature fails in resize2fs on hosts with e2fsprogs older than 1.47.0, because these versions do not know the feature: resize2fs: Filesystem has unsupported feature(s) Add a new FAQ page explaining the cause and listing solutions: updating e2fsprogs on the host, creating the image without orphan_file, or disabling the feature on an existing image.
