Layout: pages without sidebars are not centered #500
Description
Steps to reproduce:
- browse to https://www.php.net/eol.php with a viewport width between 768px and 979px
Observed result:
- content is squished to the side
Expected result:
- content is spread out across the viewport, similar to at other resolutions

I'm not sure whether we should prefer a consistent content width or use the remaining space. Having it empty looks weird, though.

Both <768px and >=980px use the full width, there's an
!importantoverride for 768-979px that I think is a bug.767px
