Thank you for taking the time to report this!
As you can see in the pinned issue #56, PHP 8 is not yet supported. That is what is causing the errors you encounter during
composer install.Although the underlying PHP packages this project uses are still actively being maintained, this project is currently not receiving active development. Our current focus is on the multiuser-php-solid-server and the Solid Nextcloud plugin.
Depending on your desired outcome, I would suggest one of the following:
- Using
composer install --ignore-platform-reqsto get the defined versions of the dependencies installed - Updating the dependency versions in the
composer.jsonfile to get newer versions of the dependencies installed - Using the pdsinterop/multiuser-php-solid-server to get newer versions of the dependencies and support for more than one Solid user on the server (although that does not support your PHP version 8.4.17 either. Only PHP up to 8.3)
