hi, I'm PB. I build calm, focused software.

✦ About me

Ember, a terracotta clay mascot with a flame on its head

I'm PB. I design and build software that stays out of your way: mobile apps, a macOS utility, and a few small web tools.

I run Tilorah, a small independent software studio. My rule of thumb is to keep the signal and cut whatever does not earn its place.

✦ What I'm working on

  • 📈 intent: trade: a calm trade journal for web, iOS, and Android
  • 🔋 MeterUsage: a menu bar app for AI coding quota, on macOS with a Windows pre-release (open source, Electron beta)
  • ✉️ Emc²: a desktop email client with AI sorting, mail encrypted on your machine, and an MCP server so agents can draft replies you review and send yourself (open source, Electron)
  • 🧸 Yim Yim: bilingual English and Thai play for families
  • 🌱 Nwilla: a zero shame habit companion
  • 🍜 Shimai: a simple point of sale for small food stands

More about the studio lives at tilorah.co.

✦ Things I reach for

Swift   React Native   Expo   Next.js   TypeScript   Supabase

✦ Say hello

Ember says thanks for stopping by.
