This plugin works only when requiring pattern-lab core 2.7 due to dependency on EventDispatcher #2

The symfony event dispatcher that starts the plugin fails to trigger unless the dispatcher version is ^3.0.0, which requires updating pattern-lab core. Alternatively, add a dependency on the correct version of the event dispatcher in this package.
