Page Auto-Reload not working

Hello there!

I cloned Pattern Lab into my local machine and generated my site. I wanted to run the auto-reload command from here: http://patternlab.io/docs/advanced-reload-browser.html

I typed in php core/builder.php -wr and the terminal would first show the mustache file changed
00-atoms/01-global/00-colors.mustache changed...

And then it will display-

pattern lab updated. alerting connected browsers...

But then it gets stuck. And I would have to manually hit CMD + R on my Chrome browser to refresh the browser.

Any hidden gotchas that I overlooked? Hopefully I can get this resolved! Thanks so much for the hard work!

So this one is solved.

All I had to do is hit CTRL+S TWICE when I'm editing the pattern file in my text editor, and then it'll refresh.

I guess the auto-reload server is slow or something but at least this situation is solveable now.
