I design products end to end and build them with AI tooling: research, interaction design, design systems, and the production frontend. My background is banking, streaming and FX operations, in both left-to-right and right-to-left interfaces. Most of what is below started as a tool I needed myself.

- Start from what people actually do. Logs and usability tests beat opinions, including mine.
- Prototype in code, so the thing being tested is the real thing.
- Let the model own meaning and let code own guarantees. Every AI output gets verified before a person sees it.
- Say what I did not own. It makes the rest believable.
