EXTRAS-132 - Global output display flag should be stored in the user config #12

Enable flag which displays wizard output in the scripting window in Python.
Restart Opticks.
The flag will be cleared again.

It would be nice if this was saved to the user .cfg so it has the same state as it did when Opticks was last opened.
