EXTRAS-97 - Remove the unncessary typ argument for opticks.view.view.View class #10

The opticks.view.view.View constructor has a typ argument. This argument should be removed. If typ=None or typ="SpatialDataView", all of the capability of the opticks.view.view.View class can be used. If provided other values, the only capability of the View class that can be used is the capability to close an existing PlotView or close an existing ProductView, no other capability can be used with those view types.

Therefore, the typ argument should be removed from this constructor.
