I think you've already gotten good reviews from others, just leaving a question about the default in case we want to surface that in the API level.
- Create new spec.platformSpec.openstack.maxAllowedAddressPairs to the infrastructure API. - Impose a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2,147,483,647, go's max for i32 because OpenStack's Neutron does enforce a maximum value. - Add simple feature gate logic - Configured tests to chec conformance of the value's afformentioned range.
