You stopped pushing for source distributions on PyPi: https://pypi.org/project/opencv-python/#files - At Red Hat we build the wheels from source so we wonder if you could re-push the sdists.
Thanks
I also use sdist with CMAKE_ARGS set to build ARM64 (and could for free-threaded).

The reports here were accurate, and sdists have since resumed — this looks closeable.
Confirming the gap was real: 4.13.0.90 and 4.13.0.92 each published 8 files, all wheels, no tar.gz, for both opencv-python and opencv-python-headless. So #1188 (--no-binary on headless 4.13.0.90) and #1204 (headless 4.13.0.92) were both correct.
Current releases do have them (upload times from the PyPI JSON API, UTC):
Both are 9-file releases now (8 wheels + sdist), so building from source and pip install --no-binary work again on current versions. Only the two 4.13.0.9x releases remain wheel-only.
@asmorkalov if there's no plan to retro-publish sdists for 4.13.0.90/92, this and #1188 / #1204 can probably be closed against 4.14.0.94 and 5.0.0.93.
