Edit to the Node.js EOL Page #8971
Description
We need to add the details for the EOL partnership with TuxCare to the https://nodejs.org/en/about/eol page.
What needs to be added:
TuxCare’s Endless Lifecycle Support (ELS) gives you continued security patching for end-of-life Node.js versions, including 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20. Security fixes are backported from upstream, tested for integrity and regression, signed, SLA-backed, and delivered through your existing package managers.

by the way, regarding https://tuxcare.com/, which is listed on the OpenJS website, is it possible that the link is incorrect or no longer valid?

@bjohansebas you assigned this to yourself, but in case you can't access the website, I've attached the brand kit here: TuxCare-Logos.zip. I'd like to think I'm a trustworthy source, but as a general rule, don't download anything off the internet without scanning it through VirusTotal first, of course.
