    This will be fixed when nodejs/node-core-utils#1148 is merged and a patch is published in @node-core/utils@7.0.1

    Auto start CI is also failing for the same reason

    @node-core/utils@7.0.1 was published on Aug 8, 2026 07:19 UTC and the workflows are running again.

    Closing, as both workflows are running again.

    For example, #64893 has now landed through actions of the commit-queue

    https://github.com/nodejs/node/actions/workflows/auto-start-ci.yml also shows success.
