Archive nodejs/node-report #621

Now that Node.js 10 is End-of-Life, all currently supported versions of Node.js (i.e. 12, 14 and 16) contain the diagnostics report feature. As per nodejs/node-report#142 the stand-alone module has been deprecated on npmjs.com.

$ npm install node-report
npm WARN deprecated node-report@2.2.11: This module has been superseded by the diagnostics report feature of Node.js core. It is now unmaintained.

Please archive https://github.com/nodejs/node-report.
(Perhaps wait until @mhdawson has renamed the master branch to main (nodejs/node-report#148).)
