[Bug]: "n selected" does not use tnum #55734

Bug description
The "n selected" label makes the buttons after it jump around as the numbers change.
Steps to reproduce
- Select 1 item
- Select 2 items
- Observe the jitter
Expected behavior
The text uses tabular numbers to prevent this.
