Nextcloud 16 Index name "comments"."comments_topmost_parent_id_idx" is too long. #14823
Description
Steps to reproduce
- Pull
nextcloud:16-beta-fpmDocker image - Set up mariadb/mysql/postgres as database via environment variables
- Start the whole thing
Expected behaviour
Nextcloud setup finishes successfully.
Actual behaviour
Setup fails with Error while trying to create admin user: Index name "comments"."comments_topmost_parent_id_idx" is too long. found in the container logs and on setup page.
Note: This only happens with a new installation. Upgrading from Nextcloud 15 works find

Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
Web server: Nginx
Database: MariaDB 10.3 or MySQL 5.7

Nextcloud version: 16.0.0.3
