Docs no longer publishing changes #119
Description
https://app.readthedocs.org/projects/python-dockerflow/builds/ are older than main esp. https://python-dockerflow.readthedocs.io/en/main/changelog.html are missing releases etc.
I see no build errors or missing configs, so my guess is the webhook auth expired:

- https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/guides/setup/git-repo-manual.html
(this needs someone with access to both the repo settings, and the RTD project, to link that up again…)

Another option could be publishing the sphinx built static output docs site via GitHub Actions just here to GitHub Pages, and redirect the RTFD site to a
mozilla-services.github.iolocation here?
