Add sm70 support - #6

docs/sm70.md drops the per-kernel table and the comparison with the PR's first commit, and keeps the tile and memory layout, end-to-end numbers and what the checks cover. tools/sm70_bench.cu and its CMake block are removed: bench tools are not tracked. sm75.cmake loses an inner option check that repeated its block's condition. integration.md states where Volta GPU runs happened and that the Linux -sm70 package carries the Turing kernels.
